RESORT FACILITIES:
Fishing, large fish cleaning house, beach, water activities including swim rafts and trampoline, 9 Golf Courses within 20 Miles, Game room, showers , public restrooms, play area, video rentals at a $1.00 /day, telephone. ATV and snowmobile trails close by. Bait and license, motor gas and oil, restaurants, grocery and laundry a short 5 miles away, medical facilities in Park Rapid, 16 miles
RENTALS:
Boat – $10.00/day or $50.00/week
Motors – 6 hp $20.00/day $100.00/wk
9.9 hp $40.00/day, $175.00/wk plus gas
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Visitors:
Definition: Anyone on the resort at the invitation of a guest that is not registered as a guest.
- Out of respect for other guests, we ask that you limit the number of visitors to two per cabin at any given time.
- Any visitor that spends the night will be considered a guest for that night, and a charge will be added to the guest’s account
- We request that you notify our office 24 hours before your visitors arrive
- If your visitor(s) are spending the night they need to register at the office before 5:00 pm
Guests:
Definition: Anyone on the resort that has registered at the office as a guest.
- All guests (and visitors) must stop at the office and register immediately when they enter the resort. This is a law of the State of Minnesota
- Check in time for cabins is 3 pm and check out is 10 am
- No more than 2 vehicles are allowed on the resort per cabin in use
- There is a charge of $5.00/day for boats and/or trailers parking
- Pets are welcome at $10.00/day but must be leashed and cleaned up after
- It is recommended that you bring your own towels and wash clothes, however; we can provide them at an additional charge
- Cabins should be left in reasonable clean condition and free of damages
- There will be a charge to your account if the cabin is damaged or left in an unacceptable level of cleanliness or disorder. We expect our guests to leave the cabin’s dishes and kitchen appliances clean and in good order. We also expect that anything borrowed from another cabin will be returned.
- There is no refund for early departures
- A deposit of $150.00 is required to hold your cabin
- Without 30 days notice of cancellation you will not receive your deposit back
- Telephone reservation will be held for 7 days pending the receipt of your deposit
- We prefer checks; but we do accept Visa and Mastercard
- Please bring your own towels, although we have a few, there will be a charge for their use
- Smoking is not allowed within the cabins
- Firewood must be purchased on site to protect our native forest
